Work Mode: 5 Days Work from Office

Shift Timing: 06:00 PM – 03:00 AM (Night Shift)

Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce / Finance / Accounting / Business Administration or related field

Requirements

? Mandatory Skills

✔️ 3–5 Years of Experience in O2C / Order-to-Cash Process

✔️ Spanish Fluency – Mandatory (Speak, Read & Write)

✔️ Strong knowledge of Accounts Receivable (AR) & Customer Billing

✔️ Hands-on experience in Invoice Processing & Payment Tracking

✔️ Robust understanding of O2C Lifecycle & Reconciliations

✔️ Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills – VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables,



Formulas & Data Analysis

✔️ Basic knowledge of Accounting Principles

✔️ Solid Communication, Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills

? Preferred Skills

⭐ Experience with ERP Systems – SAP / Oracle / Microsoft Dynamics

⭐ Prior experience in SSC / GCC / Telecom Setting

⭐ Knowledge of Invoice Dispute Resolution & Customer Account Management
