Role & Responsibilities
Lead clinical consultations, prenatal/postnatal care, and high-risk pregnancy management for diverse patient demographics across outpatient and inpatient settings.
Perform complex gynecological surgeries including laparoscopic, hysteroscopic, and oncological procedures with adherence to safety and outcome benchmarks.
Supervise residents, junior faculty, and nursing staff — providing real-time clinical mentorship and evaluating performance against hospital protocols.
Collaborate with radiology, pathology, and neonatology departments to ensure coordinated, multi-disciplinary patient care pathways.




Drive quality initiatives — audit clinical outcomes, reduce infection rates, and implement national guidelines (like FOGSI, NHP) into daily practice.
Contribute to research, publish in peer-reviewed journals, and participate in CMEs and grand rounds to maintain cutting-edge clinical relevance.

Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
DNB/MD/DM in Obstetrics & Gynecology
Laparoscopy certification
Hysteroscopy certification
High-risk pregnancy management
Operative gynecology
FOGSI guidelines
NHP compliance
MRCOG (if applicable)

Preferred
Experience in teaching hospitals or medical colleges
Publications in Indian Journal of Obstetrics and Gynecology
Membership in AOGD or FOGSI
