About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Product Sales Associate with experience in SaaS/IT Sales and outbound prospecting. The ideal candidate should have robust lead generation skills and be comfortable using modern sales tools to build and manage a healthy sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities
Drive outbound sales by identifying and engaging potential clients.
Generate qualified leads through cold calling, cold emailing, LinkedIn outreach, and other prospecting channels.
Build and manage a sales pipeline from prospecting to closure.
Conduct product demos and communicate the value proposition effectively.
Research target accounts and identify key decision-makers.
Maintain CRM hygiene and track all sales activities.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to improve sales strategies.
Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.





Required Skills & Experience
4–6 years of experience in SaaS/IT Product Sales.
MBA or Master's in Business Administration preferred.
Solid experience in Outbound Sales and Lead Generation.
Hands-on experience with:
LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Apollo.io
CRM platforms (HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce, etc.)
Excellent prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills.
Solid communication and presentation abilities.
Experience in handling B2B enterprise clients is preferred.
Self-driven with a target-oriented mindset.

Good to Have
Experience selling SaaS or IT products.
Familiarity with consultative selling methodologies.
