SENIOR ARCHITECT

Min. 5 yrs of experience in HIGHRISE RESIDENTIAL CONSTRUCTION (Only Apply)

Location: Indiranagar, Bangalore
Industry: Real Estate - Housing Construction Only
Expected Experience: 6-8 years
Notice Period: Immediate
Qualification : B. Arch / M. Arch

Remuneration: 8 – 10 lacs per annum

Key Skills :

1. experience in handling high rise projects with good understanding of structural, plumbing & electrical & architectural drawings.
2. Excellent technical as well as practical knowledge.
3. Good statutory requirement knowledge like NBC, Bylaw etc
4. Preference for experience in developers office
5. Co-ordination with all external consultants on board
6. Co-ordination with Execution team, site visits for design accuracy check
7. Consolidate all architectural requirements and specifications, documentation & record keeping effective communication skills to co-ordinate with all consultants on board
8. Positive Knowledge of Autocad, Sketch up, MS office
