JOB DESCRIPTION

Turn approved sales-kit content into playable learning: mission structures, 5-minute learn bursts, quiz banks with distractor logic, and branching customer-objection scenarios — for Hindi-first, low-attention-span dealership sales audiences on mobile.

You write the storyboard and interaction script that we build; the Mission 1 storyboard in our copy deck is the pattern you extend.

MUST-HAVE SKILLS

- Shipped scenario-branching / gamified modules with visible mechanics (points, unlocks, leaderboards) — ask to play one, not just see slides.
- Storyboarding to developer-handoff standard: screen-by-screen scripts with interaction logic, feedback text and scoring rules.
- Assessment craft: questions that test selling decisions,



not recall; plausible distractors; wrong-answer feedback that teaches.
- Comfort designing for translation: short strings, no idiom-locked jokes, voiceover-friendly sentence lengths.

DELIVERABLES

- Mission 1 full design doc: 6–8 micro-module storyboards, 15–20 question bank with rationale, one branching objection scenario (3+ decision points), scoring & unlock rules mapped to Client's existing rewards logic (Multiple Modules).
- A reusable “Mission template” so Missions 2–n are content swaps, not redesigns.
