Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Analyst for our Software Asset Management team in India. The ideal candidate will support the management of software assets, ensuring compliance with licensing agreements and optimizing software usage.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Assist in managing software assets throughout their lifecycle, including procurement, deployment, maintenance, and retirement.
- Support the team in tracking and reporting on software licenses and usage to ensure compliance with licensing agreements.
- Help in conducting regular audits of software assets to identify discrepancies and ensure accurate inventory management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand software needs and provide data-driven recommendations.




- Contribute to the development and implementation of software asset management policies and procedures.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Robust analytical skills with the ability to interpret and analyze data effectively.
- Familiarity with software licensing models and software asset management tools is a plus.
- Basic understanding of IT asset management concepts and practices.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with stakeholders and present findings.
