We are looking for a candidate with 1-2 years of experience as a Pre-Sales Executive, you are the first voice of RELAI. You will connect with inbound leads via Whats App, phone, and digital channels — understand where they are in their homebuying journey, qualify them for an expert advisory session, and prepare them to make the most of it.

Respond to inbound leads within SLA — Whats App, phone, and digital channels.





Re-engage dropped or cold leads with structured follow-up sequences via Whats App and phone.
Handle early objections on pricing, timing, or process — with honest, calm responses (not sales scripts).
Update Zoho CRM after every interaction — lead status, notes, next follow-up date.
Flag leads showing high intent to Presales Lead immediately — no delay in pipeline movement.

Maintain daily call and conversation logs; participate in team review calls.
