- Participate in structured on-the-job training and departmental rotations.
- Learn the policies, processes, and functions of different business units.
- Assist managers and team leads in daily operations and projects.
- Analyze data and prepare reports to support decision-making.
- Attend workshops, training sessions, and team meetings as part of the development program.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and present recommendations.
- Shadow experienced staff to gain exposure to managerial tasks and responsibilities.
- Complete performance assessments and progress evaluations throughout the training period.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of the company's mission, values, and goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Marketing,
or a related field.
- Recent graduate or final-year student with 0–1 year of work experience.
- Strong academic performance and leadership involvement in extracurricular activities (preferred).
