ABOUT THE ROLE

Pasondia Cables is looking for a well-rounded marketing skilled to plan and execute the company's end-to-end marketing and brand-development activities.

This is not a digital-marketing-only role. The candidate will work closely with the Director and international business team to strengthen Pasondia's corporate brand, exhibitions, market communication and sales enablement.

Key responsibilities
Develop and execute the annual marketing plan and calendar.
Build Pasondia's corporate and product positioning across domestic and international markets.
Plan and manage exhibitions, conferences, sponsorships and customer events.
Coordinate stall concepts, branding, product displays, invitations, visitor campaigns and post-event follow-ups.
Manage the website, LinkedIn, email campaigns and other digital channels.
Develop company profiles, catalogues, presentations, brochures, advertisements, videos and sales materials.
Coordinate with designers, agencies, printers, photographers and exhibition vendors.
Support sales with customer presentations, market research, lead campaigns and CRM discipline.




Coordinate lead follow-ups and prepare marketing and sales-performance reports.
Maintain brand consistency across all communication.
Develop market-specific campaigns for Africa, the Middle East, Europe, the USA and Latin America.
Work closely with the Director on current initiatives and company-wide brand building.

Candidate profile
6–10 years of experience in B2B, industrial, electrical, manufacturing or infrastructure marketing.
Experience creating and executing complete marketing plans—not only social-media campaigns.
Strong exposure to exhibitions, events, branding and corporate communication.
Understanding of sales enablement, CRM, lead management and customer follow-up.
Robust written English and presentation skills.
Ability to independently coordinate multiple agencies and internal teams.
Practical, organised and willing to execute—not limited to planning or delegation.
MBA/PGDM in Marketing preferred.
Full-time on-site role in Ghaziabad.
