We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Head of IT to lead our technology operations and drive digital transformation initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the organization's IT infrastructure, networks, servers, cloud platforms, and security systems.
Ensure high availability, performance, and reliability of all IT services.
Plan and execute IT projects aligned with business objectives.
Collaborate with internal teams to support software development and technology initiatives.
Oversee cybersecurity, data protection, backup, and disaster recovery processes.
Manage IT budgets, vendors, technology assets,



and licensing requirements.
Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing IT teams.
Establish and maintain IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend creative solutions to improve business efficiency.

Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, MCA, or a related field.
10–12 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, Operations, and Technology Management.
Minimum 10–12 years of experience in a leadership role.
Robust knowledge of Windows/Linux environments, networking, cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP), and cybersecurity.
Experience in IT Service Management, Project Management, and Vendor Management.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Certifications
ITIL, CISSP, CompTIA Security+
CCNA / CCNP
PMP / PRINCE2
AWS Solutions Architect / Azure Administrator
MCSE / RHCE
