About the Opportunity
A rapid-scaling HR tech and talent acceleration firm operating across India, we partner with startups and growth-stage companies to build high-impact hiring engines. Our team deploys data-driven recruitment strategies, AI-powered candidate sourcing, and structured interview frameworks to scale teams fast — without compromising quality. As a Recruitment Intern, you’ll get hands-on experience in contemporary talent acquisition and be embedded in real hiring cycles from day one.

Role & Responsibilities
Source and screen qualified candidates across LinkedIn, Naukri, and niche job boards for tech, sales, and operations roles.
Coordinate interviews, manage calendars, and maintain candidate communication across hiring stages.
Build and update candidate pipelines in ATS tools (Greenhouse, Lever, or similar).
Assist in creating job descriptions, employer branding content, and sourcing strategies tailored to role-specific requirements.




Track and report key recruitment metrics (Time-to-Hire, Source-to-Hire, Offer Acceptance Rate) to hiring managers.
Participate in debrief sessions with hiring leads to refine screening criteria and feedback loops.
