Job Summary
The Field Executive is responsible for supporting Porter's day-to-day field operations by onboarding customers and driver-partners, conducting field visits, verifying documents, resolving operational issues, and ensuring excellent customer service while achieving assigned business targets.
Key Responsibilities
Visit assigned locations to meet customers and driver-partners.
Onboard current customers and driver-partners.
Verify KYC and other required documents.
Promote Porter's logistics services.
Conduct market surveys and identify business prospects.
Resolve customer and driver-partner queries.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations.
Maintain daily activity reports through the company application.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
