Job Title: HR Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Senior HR Manager to lead and oversee end-to-end HR operations. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, advanced knowledge of MS Excel, and extensive hands-on experience in recruitment, employee lifecycle management, payroll coordination, compliance, employee relations, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
Oversee employee onboarding, induction, confirmations, transfers, and exit formalities.
Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR documentation.
Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance, leave management, and statutory compliance.
Prepare, analyze, and present HR reports, MIS, and dashboards using MS Excel.
Develop, implement, and monitor HR policies while ensuring compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
Resolve employee grievances and foster a positive work environment.
Drive performance management, employee engagement, learning, and development initiatives.
Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth HR operations.
Support workforce planning, HR strategy,



process improvements, and organizational development initiatives.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in HR Generalist, HR Operations, or HR Business Partner roles.
Robust verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent working knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, Advanced Formulas, etc.).
Strong understanding of labor laws, payroll processes, and statutory compliance.
Excellent organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced workplace.

Preferred Skills
Experience with HRMS software.
Robust leadership, stakeholder management, and team-handling skills.
High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
