Hiring AI/ML for a Reputed/MNC company located at Chandigarh.

We are looking for a highly skilled AI/ML Engineer with 5+ years of experience in building intelligent systems, with solid expertise in Computer Vision and team handling. The candidate will lead the design, development, and deployment of AI/ML solutions while mentoring junior engineers and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end AI/ML solutions with a focus on Computer Vision applications.
Build and optimize models for image/video processing such as object detection, image classification, segmentation, and face recognition.
Develop and maintain scalable ML pipelines from data ingestion to production deployment.
Lead and mentor a team of AI/ML engineers and data scientists.
Review code, provide technical guidance, and ensure best engineering practices.
Collaborate with product managers, data engineers, and stakeholders to translate business needs into AI solutions.
Oversee model performance, monitoring, retraining, and optimization.
Drive research and adoption of recent AI/ML technologies and frameworks.
Ensure data quality, model accuracy, scalability, and system reliability.





Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, ML, Data Science, or related field.
5+ years of hands-on experience in Machine Learning / Artificial Intelligence.
Solid expertise in Computer Vision techniques and algorithms.
Proficiency in Python and libraries such as OpenCV, NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn.
Experience with Deep Learning frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
Hands-on experience with CNNs, YOLO, Faster R-CNN, SSD, and similar models.
Experience in deploying ML models using Docker, Kubernetes, REST APIs.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Experience in leading teams, task allocation, mentoring, and performance review.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with video analytics and real-time vision systems.
Knowledge of MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow).
Experience with edge AI or embedded vision solutions.
Prior experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
Exposure to NLP or GenAI is a plus.
