Requirements

Job Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and optimize HubSpot CRM solutions.
Configure Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, Service Hub, and Operations Hub.
Develop automation workflows, lead nurturing processes, and lifecycle management.
Build custom reports and executive dashboards.
Manage CRM data quality, segmentation, and governance.
Integrate HubSpot with third-party platforms using APIs and middleware.
Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to improve operational efficiency.
Analyze business processes and recommend RevOps best practices.
Provide technical guidance and support for HubSpot implementations.

Required Skills:
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM.
Robust knowledge of RevOps processes and CRM implementation.
