KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Generate and qualify leads through various channels.
Understand clients property requirements and recommend suitable options.
Conduct property site visits and project presentations.
Onboard different developers across the state.
Build and maintain solid relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into successful sales.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Stay updated on market trends, projects, and competitors.

Requirements
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Prior experience in real estate, sales, or customer service is an added advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Robust negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with MS Office is preferred.
