Job Responsibilities:

· Search and participate in Government Medical Equipment Tenders through GeM, CPPP, nProcure Gujarat, and other e-Tender portals.

· Prepare technical and commercial bid documents.

· Handle product compliance, technical specifications, BOQ, EMD, and tender documentation.

· Coordinate with OEMs, distributors, and internal teams for bid submission.

· Ensure timely online bid submission and post-bid follow-up.

· Experience in L1 Creation, GeM Catalogue Publishing, e-Tendering, and Online Bid Submission.

Requirements:

· 2–5 years of experience in Medical Equipment Tender Operations.

· Experience in Government Hospital, Medical Equipment, Healthcare, or Diagnostic Equipment tenders.

· Hands-on experience with GeM, CPPP, nProcure Gujarat,



and other government procurement portals.

· Valuable knowledge of tender documentation, compliance, and bid preparation.

· Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PDF documentation.

Preferred Candidate:

· Candidates currently based in Gandhinagar, Ahmedabad, or nearby locations.

· Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
