Key Responsibilities:
Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons aligned with the ICSE curriculum for primary grades.
Create a stimulating and inclusive classroom workplace that encourages student participation.
Assess, record, and report on students’ academic performance and progress.
Develop lesson plans, worksheets, and teaching materials to enhance learning outcomes.
Use cutting-edge teaching methods and technology to engage students.
Manage classroom behavior effectively and maintain discipline.
Provide individual attention and support to students with varying learning needs.
Collaborate with fellow teachers, coordinators, and school leadership.
Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and development.
Participate in school events, meetings, and extracurricular activities.

Eligibility Criteria:
Bachelor’s Degree with B.Ed. (mandatory)
3–5 years of teaching experience in ICSE schools (primary grades)
Solid subject knowledge across primary-level disciplines

Good organizational and time management skills
