Hiring: Consultant – General Medicine (MD Physician)

Location: Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh

SPES Super Speciality Hospital is inviting applications for the position of Consultant – General Medicine (MD Physician). We are looking for a compassionate and clinically skilled physician committed to delivering high-quality patient care.

Qualification
MBBS with MD/DNB in General Medicine
Valid NMC/State Medical Council Registration

Experience
1–5 years of experience in a reputed hospital (Fresh MDs may also apply)

Key Responsibilities
Diagnose and manage patients with acute and chronic medical conditions in OPD, IPD, and Emergency.
Perform comprehensive patient assessments, interpret diagnostic investigations, and formulate evidence-based treatment plans.
Conduct daily ward rounds, monitor patient progress, and modify treatment plans as required.
Manage medical emergencies and provide timely interventions for critically ill patients.
Coordinate patient care with specialists, ICU, Nursing, Laboratory, Radiology, and other clinical departments.




Prescribe medications safely and ensure adherence to clinical protocols and antibiotic stewardship guidelines.
Maintain accurate and complete patient records, discharge summaries, and clinical documentation.
Counsel patients and their families regarding diagnosis, treatment options, preventive care, and follow-up plans.
Ensure compliance with NABH standards, infection control practices, patient safety protocols, and hospital policies.
Participate in clinical audits, CMEs, quality improvement initiatives, and departmental meetings.
