Job Responsibilities
Handle property inquiries from clients via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
Assist customers in buying, selling, and renting properties.
Coordinate property visits and follow up with prospective clients.
Maintain accurate client and property records.
Prepare reports and update databases using Microsoft Excel.
Use AI tools (such as ChatGPT and other productivity tools) to draft messages, create reports, and improve work efficiency.
Work closely with the sales team to achieve business targets.

Requirements
Graduate or undergraduate with good communication skills.
Basic English speaking, reading, and writing skills.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT or similar platforms.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, organized, and willing to learn.
Previous experience in real estate or sales is preferred but not mandatory.

Salary & Benefits
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (depending on experience and skills).
