Job Summary:

We are looking for a agile HR Recruiter responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities while supporting key HR operational tasks. The role requires strong sourcing skills, coordination abilities, and basic HR process knowledge.

Key Responsibilities: Recruitment (70%)
Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle (sourcing to onboarding)
Understand job requirements and coordinate with hiring managers
Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and internal databases
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
Schedule and coordinate interview rounds
Follow up with candidates and team members for timely feedback
Manage offer rollouts, negotiation, and joining formalities
Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers
Ensure closure of positions within defined TAT

HR Operations (30%)
Assist in employee onboarding and documentation




Maintain employee records and HR databases
Support attendance, leave tracking, and basic payroll coordination
Help in drafting HR letters (offer letter, appointment letter, etc.)
Coordinate employee engagement activities
Ensure compliance with company policies and HR processes

Required Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Positive understanding of recruitment platforms
Basic knowledge of HR operations and documentation
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Good coordination and follow-up skills
Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
