PO release based on MRP / requirement
Coordinate with suppliers for promise & on-time shipments
Manage PPV, Excess buy in system if required
Interact with Finance team to track & resolve payments
Co-ordinate with logistic to appoint freight forwarder for shipment pickup.
Co-ordinate with CHA to checklist approval & on time shipment clearance.
Co-ordinate with corporate finance for duty payment of import shipment.
Ensure GRN done as per receipt
Alternate supplier development, item development.
Reporting of performance metrics as required
Managing expedites as required from time to time
Rotational work across function as required
Planning & Forecasting of material as per requirements
Robust analytical skill & expertise in spreadsheet tools
Ability to learn & execute planning process in MRP software

Job Type: Full time

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
