Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Head to lead our courier sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, acquiring new clients, managing key accounts, and driving revenue growth in the courier and logistics business.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets.
Identify and acquire current corporate clients for courier and logistics services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service agreements with clients.
Coordinate with operations and customer support teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Conduct regular client meetings and business reviews.
Expand business opportunities across different industries and regions.

Required Skills
Robust B2B sales and business development experience.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.




Knowledge of courier, logistics, supply chain, or express delivery services.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
Ability to analyze market trends and develop sales strategies.
Strong presentation and relationship management skills.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
MBA is an added advantage.

Experience
7–12 years of experience in sales, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role.
Prior experience in the Courier, Logistics, Express Delivery, or Supply Chain industry is preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Solid network of corporate clients.
Ability to lead large sales teams and drive business growth.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
