Role and Responsibility: -
Assist manager for planning of crew, rotations, and ashore crew schedules to join
Review and verify that all ratings hold valid, up-to-date certificates of competency, safety training (STCW), and flag-state endorsements.
Ensure all crew members possess valid medical certificates and necessary visas for their vessel plan.
Assist manager to update in PORTAL Rating readiness
Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights in timely same to be inform rating for their joining schedule
Coordinate with rating for their USA visa and Schengen visa as required
Check documents status of rating and renew in-house / outside courses
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
