About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Inside Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating qualified leads, connecting with prospective customers, understanding their property requirements, and scheduling site visits for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound sales calls.
Contact prospective customers from company-generated leads.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable residential or commercial properties.
Qualify leads and maintain accurate customer records in the CRM.
Schedule and coordinate site visits with the sales team.
Follow up regularly with prospects to maximize conversions.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Address customer queries professionally and provide timely information.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for lead management.
Maintain call reports and sales pipeline updates.

Required Skills

Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word, CRM tools).

Eligibility
Graduate in any discipline (MBA is an added advantage).
Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
Experience in Inside Sales, Telecalling, Customer Support, or Real Estate Sales will be preferred.

Fluent in Hindi and English.
Confident and energetic personality.
Ability to handle objections effectively.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented.

Working Days & Timings
Working Days: Wednesday to Monday (Tuesday Week Off)
Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
