Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead our sales team and drive business growth at our Kochi branch. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, experience in the education sector, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve branch targets.
Develop and implement effective sales and business development strategies.
Monitor team performance and provide coaching to improve productivity.
Build and maintain solid relationships with students, parents, and institutional partners.
Ensure smooth day-to-day sales operations and target achievement.
Analyze sales performance and prepare regular reports.




Coordinate with management to improve sales processes and customer experience.

Requirements
Minimum 3+ years of experience in Business Development or Sales.
Experience in the Education/EdTech sector is mandatory.
Candidates without education sector experience will not be considered.
Proven experience in leading and managing a sales team.
Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong target-oriented and problem-solving mindset.
