Role Overview
Position: Junior Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist
Experience: Minimum 6 months of agency or in-house recruiting experience
Location: Work from home

Key Responsibilities
Source Candidates: Use LinkedIn, job boards, and databases to find talent.
Screen Resumes: Review applications to match candidate profiles with job requirements.
Conduct Interviews: Perform initial phone screens to assess basic qualifications and culture fit.
Coordinate Logistics: Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain ATS: Keep the Applicant Tracking System updated with accurate candidate data.
Build Pipelines: Maintain a steady pool of passive candidates for future openings.

Requirements & Qualifications
Experience:



6+ months of active experience in recruitment or sourcing.
Tech Skills: Familiarity with any ATS (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
Communication: Explicit, professional verbal and written communication skills.
Organization: Ability to handle multiple interview schedules simultaneously.
Drive: High energy, resilience, and a desire to grow a career in HR/Recruitment.
