Position Overview
Role: Event Operations and Production Manager
Core Focus: Bridging creative design with on-ground technical delivery, safety compliance, and budget control.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Execution: Lead planning, site setup, show-flow management, and strike/dismantling operations.
Technical Production: Supervise audio, visual, lighting, staging, LED systems, and hybrid event technology.
Fabrication Knowledge of all stage and branding setups
Logistics & Vendor Management: Source and negotiate with suppliers, venues, and technical crews; handle local permits and transport.
Budget & Scheduling: Develop run-of-shows, master production schedules, and track expenses against approved financial targets.
In office Leadership: Direct operational staff, manage real-time troubleshooting, and ensure health and safety standards
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
