Educational Qualification: Minimum Graduate in any discipline.
Technical Knowledge: Robust understanding of smartphones, mobile hardware, and troubleshooting.
Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in the mobile handset/service industry.
Language Proficiency: Must be fluent in Assamese, Hindi, and English (both spoken and written).

Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet service targets.Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) is an added advantage.
