About the Role:
Shahiris Restaurant is looking for an experienced Tandoor CDP (Chef de Partie) to join our culinary team. We are seeking a passionate professional with expertise in authentic North Indian tandoor cuisine who can consistently deliver exceptional quality and maintain the highest standards of food preparation.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook a variety of North Indian dishes including curries, naan, porottas, kulchas, and other tandoor specialties.
Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and portioning across all dishes.
Follow standard recipes and assist in developing recent menu items.
Ensure kitchen hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards are always met.
Handle ingredients responsibly,



ensuring proper storage and freshness.
Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to deliver high-quality meals on time.
Maintain skilled behavior and a positive attitude in a fast-paced workplace.

Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience as a CDP specializing in North Indian cuisine.
Robust knowledge of tandoor operations and North Indian cooking techniques.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining quality.
Understanding of food safety and kitchen hygiene practices.
Professional appearance, punctuality, and teamwork skills.
Culinary certification or relevant training preferred.

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
