Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and customer-oriented Front Office Executive to join our hotel/resort team. The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of experience in the hospitality industry and be passionate about delivering exceptional guest service.

Key Responsibilities:
Welcome guests and handle check-in/check-out procedures efficiently.
Manage room reservations, bookings, and cancellations.
Respond to guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly.
Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Handle phone calls, emails, and front desk operations.
Process guest payments, prepare bills, and maintain accurate records.
Maintain guest information and update the Property Management System (PMS).
Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable.
Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.

Requirements:
Education:



Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, Tourism Management, or any graduate with relevant hospitality experience.
Experience: 1–2 years in a Front Office role within a Hotel or Resort.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of hotel PMS software and MS Office.
Pleasant personality with solid customer service skills.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
