KKC Ladies Hostel is seeking a dedicated, responsible, and well-experienced Chief Warden to oversee the complete administration and welfare of our residential hostel. The ideal candidate must be a mature, disciplined qualified who can maintain a safe, orderly, and nurturing setting for all hostel residents.

Key Responsibilities
Manage overall hostel operations including discipline, security, and hygiene
Supervise warden staff and other support personnel
Handle allotment of rooms, and maintenance of resident records
Address resident grievances and maintain a supportive, safe atmosphere
Oversee mess/dining operations, cleanliness, and upkeep of hostel facilities
Enforce hostel rules and ensure resident safety at all times
Coordinate with management and submit regular reports on hostel status
Handle emergency situations promptly and effectively

Eligibility & Requirements




Minimum 10 years of experience as a hostel warden or in a similar residential management role
Graduate or postgraduate degree preferred
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle administrative responsibilities independently
Calm, patient, and empathetic attitude towards residents
Willingness to reside on the hostel premises
Proficiency in local language; knowledge of English is an added advantage
