Job Summary

We are looking for a Warehouse Operations Executive to coordinate day-to-day warehouse operations, customer communication, and delivery-related activities. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic Excel knowledge, and the ability to coordinate effectively with customers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups.
Coordinate deliveries, pickups, recoveries, and operational activities.
Maintain operational MIS and perform basic Excel and data entry tasks.
Coordinate with Finance, Operations, and other internal teams.
Prepare and manage operational email communications.
Ensure timely follow-ups with customers and stakeholders.
Support smooth warehouse operations and resolve day-to-day issues.

Requirements
0–3 years of experience in Operations, Customer Support, Warehouse Coordination,



or Backend Operations.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and data entry.
Strong coordination and multitasking abilities.
Comfortable working from warehouse locations.
Willing to work rotational shifts and weekends (weekly off on weekdays).
