Job Summary

We are looking for a energetic and result-oriented Zonal Sales Manager to lead sales operations across the South 1 region. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in the kitchenware, cookware, or housewares industry, with a strong background in distributor management, channel sales, and business development.

Key Responsibilities
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned zone.
Develop and strengthen the distributor, dealer, and retail network.
Identify and appoint new distributors and channel partners to expand market reach.
Drive primary and secondary sales to ensure sustainable business growth.
Build and maintain robust relationships with distributors, dealers, and key retail partners.
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve business objectives.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to develop effective sales strategies.




Ensure timely collections and maintain healthy receivables.
Coordinate with the marketing team to execute promotional activities and product launches.
Conduct regular market visits to review sales performance and support channel partners.
Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and business performance reviews for management.
Ensure effective implementation of company sales policies and distribution strategies.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Zonal Sales Manager in the Kitchenware, Cookware, Housewares, Consumer Durables, or Home Appliances industry.
Strong experience in distributor and channel sales management.
Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
