We are looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Data Entry Operator to manage salary-related data and support statutory compliance work. The role involves maintaining employee records, processing salary information, and assisting in PF & ESI compliance and related documentation as per applicable labour laws.
Responsibilities:
Enter, update, and maintain salary and employee data accurately
Ensure data is properly aligned with company policies and labour law requirements
Assist in preparation and processing of monthly payroll data
Calculate and support statutory deductions such as PF and ESI
Prepare PF & ESI challans and assist in filing compliance documents
Maintain payroll registers and related records
Verify data accuracy and resolve discrepancies
Support general administrative and compliance-related tasks
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
