Roles & Responsibility

Key Responsibilities:

The Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager of Commercial Finance will be responsible for a variety of critical tasks involving financial analysis and strategic planning. This includes preparing detailed financial reports, developing budgets, and forecasting financial performance to support business decision-making. The role requires conducting market research, analyzing pricing strategies, and overseeing the financial implications of new business initiatives. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify and drive efficiency improvements, provide insights that align with business objectives, and monitor compliance with financial regulations.





Requirements

Required Qualifications:

Ideal candidates will have a degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, complemented by a minimum of 3 to 10 years of experience in commercial finance or financial analysis roles. Proficiency in financial modeling, reporting software, and advanced Excel skills are crucial. Knowledge of financial regulations and principles is essential. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels are required. Experience with ERP systems and a proven ability to work in a cooperative setting will also be beneficial.
