Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
Explain the company's real estate projects and offers.
Generate and qualify leads.
Schedule appointments and site visits for the sales team.
Follow up with interested customers regularly.
Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions.
Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams when required.
Requirements
Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th / Any Degree.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Valuable communication skills in Tamil (English is an added advantage).
Basic computer knowledge.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to work in a target-driven setting.
Work Location: Valasaravakkam, Chennai
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
