Position Title: Video Animator & Student Trainer
Experience Required: 2+ Years
Location: Mansarover, Jaipur
Employment Type: Full time / Part-time

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and creative Video Animator who can also train and mentor students in animation and video editing. The ideal candidate should have strong practical knowledge of animation tools, creative storytelling skills, and the ability to teach students in an engaging and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities
Create high-quality 2D/3D animations, motion graphics, and video content.
Edit videos for educational, promotional, and digital media purposes.
Train students in animation concepts, video editing, motion graphics, and visual storytelling.
Conduct practical sessions, workshops, and live demonstrations.
Develop training materials, assignments, and project-based learning activities.
Guide students on industry tools and best practices.
Stay updated with the latest animation trends and software.
Support students in portfolio and project development.

Required Skills




Robust knowledge of animation principles and video production.
Hands-on experience with tools such as:
Adobe After Effects
Adobe Premiere Pro
Photoshop
Illustrator
Blender / Maya / Cinema 4D (preferred)
Knowledge of motion graphics, transitions, and sound synchronization.
Positive communication and presentation skills.
Ability to handle classroom or online training sessions effectively.
Creative mindset with attention to detail.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Animation, Multimedia, Graphic Design, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of professional experience in video animation and editing.
Prior teaching or training experience will be an added advantage.

Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
Strong portfolio/showreel of animation and video projects.
Team player with problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Pay: ₹30,601.48 - ₹45,667.56 per month
