About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Travel Sales Consultant to join our growing team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of travel itinerary planning and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Design and create customized domestic and international travel itineraries
Handle customer inquiries and convert leads into confirmed bookings
Manage end-to-end travel arrangements including flights, hotels, visas, and packages
Provide accurate pricing, quotations, and travel solutions
Maintain relationships with clients and ensure repeat business
Achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in travel sales or consultancy
Solid knowledge of itinerary creation (domestic & international)
Familiarity with GDS systems (Amadeus / Galileo / Sabre) will be an added advantage
Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English
Well-spoken, confident, and customer-focused
Proven track record in sales and client handling
Self-motivated, hardworking, and target-oriented
