Maintain accurate customer records in the system.
Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
Resolve customer queries or escalate them to the concerned department.
Coordinate with the Sales and Service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Prepare daily call reports and update management on progress.

Eligibility
Qualification: Plus Two / Any Degree.
Experience: Freshers can also apply. Prior telecalling, customer service, or sales experience is an added advantage.
Valuable communication skills in Malayalam. Knowledge of English is preferred.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office and email).
