We are seeking a Career Consultant to guide students and job seekers in choosing suitable career paths, courses, or opportunities. The ideal candidate should have robust communication, counselling, and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities
Counsel prospective students and candidates regarding career prospects.
Understand individual needs and recommend suitable programs or services.
Handle inquiries through calls, emails, and walk-ins.
Follow up with prospects and maintain relationship records.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth enrollment or onboarding process.
Maintain accurate records using CRM tools.
Achieve assigned consultation and conversion targets.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Freshers are encouraged to apply.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and counselling abilities.
Basic computer knowledge and MS Office proficiency.
