Agadh is looking for a performance-driven Meta Ads Specialist / Senior Media Buyer with proven experience scaling Indian D2C & e-commerce brands.

What You’ll Do
Plan, launch & optimize Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook & Instagram
Scale high-performing campaigns for D2C/e-commerce brands
Monitor and improve ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPM, CAC & revenue metrics
Work closely with creative teams for ad creatives, hooks & UGC concepts
Conduct audience testing, creative testing & funnel optimization
Manage full-funnel performance marketing campaigns
Analyze campaign data and make data-driven scaling decisions
Track attribution, Pixel events & conversion performance

Requirements
2–4 years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads / Media Buying
Mandatory experience handling Indian D2C/e-commerce clients
Prior experience working in a digital marketing agency
Solid understanding of Meta Pixel, Conversion API, attribution & scaling strategies




Experience optimizing campaigns for sales, lead generation & customer acquisition
Comfortable working in a hybrid setup from Mumbai

Preferred Skills
Experience managing high monthly ad spends
Solid analytical and reporting skills
Understanding of funnels, landing pages & conversion optimization
Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods preferred
