Job Role : PPC Manager

Production Planning & Scheduling
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on customer requirements and delivery commitments.
Review order status, stock availability, and delivery schedules to ensure timely execution.
Maintain and update production planning records and micro-planning sheets.
Verify production requirements against standard specifications and customer drawings.

Process Coordination
Coordinate closely with Planning, Production, Quality, and Packing departments to ensure smooth workflow and on-time dispatch.
Monitor production progress and address bottlenecks impacting delivery schedules.
Ensure adherence to production plans and operational targets.

Material & Inventory Management
Monitor stock availability for upcoming orders.
Verify balance coil records, leftover materials, and scrap generation after job completion.
Analyze material shortages, excess consumption, and utilization trends.




Support implementation of systems for production and inventory tracking.

Productivity & Cost Control
Review slitting plans and ensure minimum scrap generation.
Track daily Production vs. Plan performance and identify improvement prospects.
Monitor machine utilization and manpower efficiency to maximize productivity.
Prepare monthly reports on:
Production vs. Scrap Analysis
Production vs. Dispatch Performance
Material Shortage & Excess Analysis

Continuous Improvement
Coordinate with Production Managers, Quality Engineers, and Machine Supervisors to identify recurring operational issues.
Conduct weekly review meetings with engineers and supervisors.
Recommend and implement corrective actions to improve machine efficiency and process performance.
Organize training sessions for operators and supervisors whenever required.
