Job Description – Product Manager

Location: Gurugram (Gurgaon)

Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and deliver multiple IT projects within scope, budget, and timelines.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Development, QA, Business Analysis, HR, Finance, and Client stakeholders.
Manage project schedules, resources, risks, budgets, and quality standards.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients and ensure effective stakeholder communication.
Monitor project progress, prepare status reports, and drive timely issue resolution.
Ensure compliance with project governance, documentation, and organizational processes.
Mentor project teams and promote continuous process improvement and best practices.

Required Skills
Robust knowledge of IT project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid).
Excellent leadership,



communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in managing multiple concurrent software development projects.
Robust problem-solving, risk management, budgeting, and resource planning abilities.
Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, Trello, or similar platforms.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.E./B.Tech.), Computer Science, Information Technology, MCA, or equivalent.
MBA in Project Management/Operations/IT is preferred.
8–15 years of experience in IT Project Management, with at least 5 years leading medium to large-scale software projects.
