Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic SMM Cum Mentor to manage social media platforms while training and mentoring students in Social Media Marketing. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in creating engaging content, running social media campaigns, and guiding learners with practical knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Plan, create, and publish engaging social media content.
Develop and execute social media marketing strategies.
Monitor campaign performance and prepare performance reports.
Stay updated with the latest social media trends and algorithm changes.
Train and mentor students in Social Media Marketing concepts and practical implementation.
Conduct workshops, assignments, and live project sessions.




Guide students in creating social media strategies and portfolios.
Coordinate with the marketing team to execute branding campaigns.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
.0–1years of experience in Social Media Marketing (Freshers with strong practical skills may also apply).
Knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Canva, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social media tools.
Basic understanding of paid advertising (Meta Ads) is an advantage.
Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
Creative mindset with strong analytical abilities.
