Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive nursing care to neonates admitted to the NICU.
Monitor and record vital signs, oxygen saturation, and overall clinical condition.
Administer medications, IV fluids, and feeds as prescribed.
Assist doctors during neonatal procedures, resuscitation, and emergency interventions.
Operate and monitor NICU equipment such as incubators, ventilators, CPAP, infusion pumps, and phototherapy units.
Maintain accurate nursing documentation and treatment records.
Follow infection prevention and patient safety protocols at all times.
Educate and counsel parents regarding neonatal care and breastfeeding.
Coordinate with doctors and multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient care.
Ensure availability and proper maintenance of NICU equipment and supplies.
Participate in clinical audits, training programs, and continuous quality improvement initiatives.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
