Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Business Development Executive (Inside Sales) to drive sales growth for our Agri & Dairy Machinery products. This is an office-based role where the candidate will generate business through inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp, email, CRM follow-ups, and online enquiries. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills to convert leads into customers.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound enquiries received through phone calls, website, social media, WhatsApp, and other digital platforms.
Generate recent business through outbound calling and lead follow-up.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable Agri & Dairy Machinery products.
Explain product features, pricing, offers, finance options, and perks to customers.
Prepare quotations and follow up until order closure.
Build and maintain solid relationships with customers, dealers, and distributors through regular communication.
Coordinate with the Sales, Accounts, Dispatch,



and Service teams for smooth order execution.
Maintain customer data, lead status, and sales activities in CRM/ERP.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Follow up on pending quotations, payment collections, and repeat business prospects.
Resolve customer queries and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Conduct telephonic product demonstrations and online presentations whenever required.
Collect customer feedback and market information to improve sales performance.
