Job Title : Senior Systems Analyst

Experience : 4 to 6 Years

Location : Mumbai

Roles & Responsibilities
Monitor and manage production support activities using Unix/Linux and SQL.
Handle Incident Management and Change Management processes as per ITIL standards.
Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve application and database-related issues within defined SLAs.
Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures for recurring issues.
Coordinate with application, infrastructure, database, and support teams for timely issue resolution.
Execute production deployments, change requests, and system maintenance activities.
Monitor system health, logs, batch jobs, and application performance to ensure business continuity.
Maintain operational documentation, incident records, and support reports.
Participate in rotational shifts and provide support for critical production settings.




Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding incidents, outages, and change implementations.

Requisites
Solid hands-on experience with Unix/Linux commands and SQL.
Good understanding of Incident Management and Change Management processes.
Experience in application or production support within an enterprise environment.
Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional approach.
Stable career history with consistent employment.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
