n HVAC draftsman creates technical drawings to support the implementation of HVAC systems in buildings. They work closely with engineers and project stakeholders to translate HVAC design concepts into detailed drawings. Their responsibilities may include:
Preparing shop drawings and MEP coordination layouts
Preparing fresh air, exhaust air, and chilled water schematic layouts
Preparing detail BOQs
Preparing coordination drawings for internal and external sites, as well as plant rooms
Preparing building duct work drawings
Working on site piping layouts
Drafting design scopes for kitchen appliances
Heat load calculation
Duct sizing
Pipe sizing
Ahu, Fcu, Axial fan, Chiller, Pump, Indoor units selection
Pump header selection
Parking ventilation
Lift lobby ventilation
Staircase ventilation
VRV Dawing layout
Chiller, AHU, FCU piping
