Job Purpose:

 To maintain the all cold and freezer room without any breakdown as per PM Schedule

Principal Accountabilities

 To operate the refrigeration equipment’s as per SOP

 To follow all safety standards.

 To ensure the cleanliness of all work areas.

 To take reading for cold room, freezer and IQF unit temperature and electrical unit

consumption.

 To maintain the critical spars.

 To raise the PR for Spars and Service work

 Daily consumable material to do the reservation in SAP

 To Supervising another vendor works in the plant

Key Interactions

 Internal – Production, QA, Audit, store, hygiene, Hr, Purchase and despatch department.

 External – Other plant, Equipment service vendors.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience
Educational qualifications: ITI (Refrigeration), DME (Diploma) and BE (Mechanical)




Relevant experience: Food industry

Additional requirement:
Knowledge in SAP is preferable
5s knowledge.
ISO documentation Knowledge.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
